Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for Directors/Officers/designated employees of the Company from 26th October, 2017 until the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on 2nd November, 2017.
