| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/10/2015 18:20:05 | Gujarat State Financial Corporation has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation is scheduled to be held on November 09, 2015 inter alia, to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Corporation for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2015.
Further, in compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders of the Corporation, Trading Window will be closed from October 28, 2015 to November 10, 2015 (both days inclusive). The said closure of Trading Window is undertaken in connection with the aforesaid Board meeting to consider the un-audited financial results for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2015. |
