| Exchange Disseminated Time | | ICICI Securities Ltd ("Manager to the Buy back Offer") has submitted to BSE a Copy of Corrigendum to the Letter of Offer for the Equity Shareholders/ beneficial owners of Equity Shares of Jagran Prakashan Ltd ("Target Company") which is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the Letter of Offer dated November 29, 2013 ("LOF") to buy back up to a maximum of 50,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each ("Equity Shares"), of the Company at a price of Rs. 95/- per Equity Share ("Buyback Price", and the buy back of Equity Shares being the "Buyback") from all the shareholders(s)/ beneficial owner(s) of Equity Shares as on November 15, 2013, being the record date for the Buyback ("Record Date"), other than the promoters and promoter group of the Company, the directors of the promoter and promoter group entities (where the promoter or promoters group entity is a company) and the persons who are in control of the Company ("Eligible Persons"). |
