Parekh Convention Hall, AMA Complex, ATIRA Campus, Dr. Vikram Sarabhai Marg, Ahmedabad - 380015, in the State of Gujarat, on August 31, 2011, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Arrangement and De-Merger embodied in the Scheme of Arrangement and De-Merger of V-SAT and ISP Gateway Business Division / Undertaking of the Applicant Company as proposed between the Company and ING Satcom Ltd (ISL) and its shareholders. |
