Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that on December 29, 2016, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited (“the Company"), has issued and allotted 3,05,615 (Three Lac Five Thousand Six Hundred and Fifteen only) Equity shares of face value INR 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to INR 84,74,99,470/- divided into 42,37,49,735 Equity Shares of face value INR 2/- each.
