1. To approve the Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
2. To fix date, time and place of the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company and to approve the notice of the same.
3. To fix the book closure dates for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
In view of the approval of the un audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015, the trading window for Directors / KMP’s / Officers / Designated employees covered under Gayatri Tissue and Papers Ltd Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders will be closed from August 11, 2015 to August 16, 2015. |
