| Exchange Disseminated Time | Renaissance Jewellery Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following matters:
1. Recommended a dividend @ 10% (i.e. Rs. 1/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each) for the Financial Year ending March 31, 2014, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the AGM;
2. Constituted Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board.
