Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, that the Trading Window for dealing with equity shares of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, shall remain closed from January 30, 2016 to February 08, 2016 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on February 09, 2016. |
