| Exchange Disseminated Time 16/11/2017 19:33:19 | Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 24, 2017, inter alia, to transact the following;
1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017 along with the Statement of Assets & Liabilities for the half year ended September 30, 2017 as prescribed under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
2. To consider the Limited Review Report for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017.
3. To consider and declare second interim dividend for the financial year 2017-18, if any and to fix the record date for the same.
Further, as per the "Code of Conduct" formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will be closed from November 16, 2017 to November 26, 2017 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Officers, Designated Employees, Insiders (as defined in the code), and their dependents and family members. |
