| Exchange Disseminated Time | | IIFL Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the approval of the Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 30, 2016 the Company has acquired 26,86,481 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each constituting 1.13% of the Equity share Capital of M/s. India Infoline Finance Limited ("IIFL"), the Non Banking Financial subsidiary of the Company, from M/s. Bennett Coleman & Company Ltd at fair value as certified by an independent Chartered Accountant. Pursuant to said acquisition IIFL becomes a 100% subsidiary of the Company. |
