| Exchange Disseminated Time | Manaksia Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the “Trading Window” for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 18, 2016 and will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on May 28, 2016. |
