| Exchange Disseminated Time | KNR Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has been awarded by Project Director, KSHIP, Government of Karnataka orders worth of Rs. 68,37,52,630/- (Rupees Sixty Eight Crores Thirty Seven Lakhs Fifty Two Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty only) towards "Construction of ROB with approach at Railway Km 316/200-300, road Chainage 7+695 on Davanagere - Channagiri road and at Railway Km 60/600-700 on road Chainage 42+214 on Ramdurga - Badami road" to be completed within 24 months from the Appointed Date.
Further, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from known i.e. August 21, 2014 to August 22, 2014 (both days inclusive) in connection with the above.
In this regard, the Company has issued a Press Release titled "KNR Constructions has received an orders worth of Rs. 68.37 Crores". |
