GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd has now informed BSE that, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from August 06, 2015 to August 13, 2015 (both days inclusive) inter alia for the purpose of announcement of the Un-audited Financial results of the Company. The trading window shall open from August 17, 2015. |
