"We had on 28.01.2016, informed BSE under Regulation 29, a proposal before meeting of Board of Directors held on 01.02.2016, regarding a loan in the nature of External Commercial Borrowing (ECB), of an amount of INR 6.5 crores. A detailed proposal was put up before the Board, deliberated and decided to avail the ECB of Rs.6.5crores, which would be in the nature of unsecured term loan carrying an interest of 6 months USD libor +5%, the principal amount repayable in rupee term at the end of 7 years from the date of credit of ECB." |
