After this acquisition, the shareholding of N. K. Proteins Ltd. in NKIL has been increased from 126176 Equity shares (representing 2.10% of paid up capital of NKIL) to 129476 Equity shares (representing 2.15% of paid up capital of NKIL).
Moreover, the shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group has been increased from 3215962 Equity shares (representing 53.51% of paid up capital of NKIL) to 3219262 Equity share (representing 53.57% of paid up capital of NKIL). |
