| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the news article in The Economic Times, on July 24, 2015 captioned "SpiceJet, Qatar Talks may lead to stake sale.", Spicejet Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :
"A few parties have approached us and evinced interest in making investments into SpiceJet Limited (the “Company”). However, since the deliberations with such prospective investors are at an exploratory and preliminary stage it will be improper to comment on the specifics of any possible stake sale or the valuation of the Company at this stage.
It is further clarified that the Company has not entered into any interline arrangement with any other airline as reported in the article.
The Company shall be providing relevant information to BSE at appropriate time in accordance with Clause 36 of the listing agreement." |
