| Exchange Disseminated Time | Onelife Capital Advisors Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2014, has discussed the Monthly Progress Report (June 2014) in Compliance to SEBI Order dated August 30, 2013.
The Board was informed that the Company encashed Rs. 1 crore from M/s 'Fincare Financial & Consultancy Services Private Limited' against advances of Rs. 15.25 crores to them. The Company already encashed Rs. 92 lakhs on May 30, 2014 for which the Company have already informed the Exchanges vide letter dated May 30, 2013. The Company is hopeful and in process that it will receive balance of Rs. 13.33 crores very soon from M/s 'Fincare Financial & Consultancy Services Private Limited' as they have assured us. |
