| Exchange Disseminated Time | Agre Developers Ltd has informed BSE that on an application made with Registrar of Companies, Mumbai to change the name of the Company, the Registrar of Companies vide its letter dated November 25, 2011 informed the availability of the name "Future Market Networks Limited" to the Company.
The Committee of Directors at their meeting held on November 28, 2011 took note of the name approval received from Registrar of Companies and authorized the Managing Director and Company Secretary to do all such acts required to seek the approval of Members through postal ballot to effect the change of name. |
