Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider the recommendation of Dividend if any and approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.

Further, as per Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window of the Company shall be closed for Directors and designated employees of the Company from May 21, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive).
