The Exchange has sought clarification from Global Offshore Services Ltd with respect to media report in Economic Times on May 29, 2015 titled "France's Bourbon May Buy Stake in Global Offshore"

Global Offshore Services Ltd replied stating "The Company has at all times, promptly and in accordance with clause 36 of the Listing Agreement intimated the exchange of all events and supplied all information that has had a bearing on the performance and operations of the Company, including all price sensitive information.

We wish to clarify that the Company is not aware of the intention of the Shareholders mentioned in the aforesaid Article to sell their stake in Bourbon."
