Accordingly, the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company which was scheduled to be closed from 20th September, 2017 to 26th September, 2017(both days inclusive) will now remain closed from 23rd September, 2017 to 29th September, 2017( both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the Company to be held on 29th September, 2017 and payment of dividend if approved at the AGM .
