at its meeting held on April 30, 2008, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, sub-division of existing Equity Shares of the Company having the Face Value of Rs 2/- each into two Equity Shares having the Face Value of Rs 1/- each.
2. Appointment of Mr. Kiran Manohar Deshmukh, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, as an Additional Director and Dy. Managing Director with effect from May 01, 2008. |
