We would like to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of K G Denim Limited will be held at Sri Kannapiran Mills premises, Sowripalayam, Coimbatore - 641 028 at 12.15 p.m. on Friday, November 17, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended September 30, 2017.
Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, November 8, 2017, upto Sunday, November 19, 2017 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company for prevention of insider trading.
