| Exchange Disseminated Time | Novartis AG, a company incorporated under the laws of Switzerland and the promoter of Novartis India Ltd (the "Company") has submitted to BSE a Notice of Offer for Sale upto 454,205 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 5 each of the Company (the "Sale Shares") on May 30, 2013 (the "Sale Date") exclusively through the broker on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd (the "Stock Exchange") for this purpose.
The Sale shall take place on a separate window of Stock Exchange and shall commence on May 30, 2013 at 9:15 a.m. and shall close on the same day at 3:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time ("Sale Date"). |
