| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Overseas Synthetics Ltd has informed BSE that the ensuing 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company in relation to Financial Year ended on March 31, 2012 will now be held on or before November 30, 2012 with the extension of 2 months period granted by the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Gujarat vide their order dated September 04, 2012. The aforesaid extension of AGM was considered by the Board of Directors with a view to enabling the new Promoters / Acquirers for taking suitable corporate actions through Postal Ballot process (Shifting of Registered Office and Alteration of Main Object Clause) and also to provide enabling information in the Director’s Report including recently concluded Open Offer by the Acquirers and proposed change in control and Management of the Company. |
