| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sumeet Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 02, 2013, has taken the following decisions:
1. Pursuant to shareholder's approval dated September 28, 2012 obtained u/s 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956, the Board of the directors of the Company on March 02, 2013 has decided to raise funds through 'Follow-on Public Offer', ("FPO"). The other details of the FPO such as number of equity shares offered, issue size, price band etc will be decided in consultation with the Merchant Banker.
2. Board has constituted a committee named as 'FPO Committee' for executing all the activities pertaining to the FPO. |
