| Exchange Disseminated Time | Onward Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on January 14, 2005 the Board decided to allot the following equity shares:
1. 5,25,000 fresh equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 70/- per share (inclusive of premium of Rs 60/- per share) aggregating to Rs 3,67,50,000/- to be allotted to the investors on preferential basis.
2. 5,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 70/- per share (inclusive of premium of Rs 60/- per share) aggregating to Rs 3,50,00,000/- to M/s Onward Network Technologies Pvt Ltd. |
