CRISIL Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors held on October 17, 2014, the Company has allotted equity shares of CRISIL Limited of face value of Re. 1/- each, as follows:-

1. 1,00,357 (One Lakh, Three Hundred and Fifty Seven) equity shares of CRISIL Limited of face value Re. 1 each to the employees pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2011 (ESOS - 2011) of the Company at an exercise price of Rs. 579.88 per share; and

2. 2,94,668 (Two Lakh, Ninety Four Thousand, Six Hundred and Sixty Eight) equity shares of CRISIL Limited of face value Re. 1 each to the employees pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2012 (ESOS - 2012) of the Company at an exercise price of Rs. 1,060 per share.
