| Exchange Disseminated Time | Inga Capital Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Open Offer") has informed BSE regarding Open offer to the Shareholders of Jyoti Ltd ("Target Company")
With reference to the Open Offer and further to letters dated June 22, 2015, June 29, 2015 and July 06, 2015 for submission of Public Announcement, Detailed Public Statement and Draft Letter of Offer, respectively.
In terms of regulations 18(4) of the Regulations, the Acquirers have Revised the Offer Price from Rs. 63/- (Rupees Sixty Three only) to Rs. 70/- (Rupees Seventy only) per Equity Share (‘Revised Offer Price’), payable in cash for all the valid acceptances in the Offer.
