| Exchange Disseminated Time | Next Mediaworks Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 19, 2013,
has allotted 60,00,000 equity shares of the Company having a face value of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 10/- each on preferential basis to the following promoters companies on account of conversion of part of unsecured loan of Rs. 6 crores extended by the promoter companies.
The details are given below;
a. Ferari Investment & Trading Co. Pvt. Ltd - 30,00,000 Equity shares at a face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 3 crores.
b. Meridian Holding and Leasing Co. Pvt. Ltd.- 30,00,000 Equity shares at a face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 3 crores. |
