| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To consider and approve Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30,
2014 (Q2).
2. To consider sub-division of face value of equity shares, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company
Further note that in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close for all Designated Employees and the Directors from November 06, 2014 to November 14, 2014 Accordingly, all the Designated Employees and the Directors of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities or deal in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
