| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/05/2016 19:59:08 | Gravita India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2016, inter alia, has discussed and approved the following;
1. Proposed the final dividend @ 10% amounting to Rs. 0.20/- per share on the equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the F.Y. 2015-16, subject to the approval of the shareholder at the ensuing Annual General Meeting;
2. The resignation filed by Mrs. Leena Jain from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance officer with effect from May 20, 2016;
3. The appointment of new Company Secretary and Compliance officer Mr. Nitin Gupta in place of Mrs. Leena Jain with effect from May 21, 2016;
4. The appointment of Mr. Nitin Gupta in place of Mrs. Leena Jain for the purpose of determining and reporting material information and events as prescribed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. |
