| Exchange Disseminated Time 11/08/2016 17:14:19 | NK Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2016, has taken inter alia the following decisions.
1. Mrs. Neha Modi vide her letter dated August 11, 2016 rendered her resignation as a Director of the Company. Board of the Company took note of her resignation.
2. In continuation with the proposal considered in the previous Board Meeting held on May 21, 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company reviewed the proposal for purchasing of refining unit and decided not to continue with the said proposal due to present unfavorable financial conditions of the Company.
3. Ms. Mridu Sharma was appointed as Woman Independent Director w.e.f. August 11, 2016 in casual vacancy caused due to resignation of Mrs. Neha Modi.
