Further, pursuant to the 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from the end of the day of August 04, 2016 and would end after 48 hours from the disclosure of above Financial Results. |
