| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/11/2015 18:41:06 | Eveready Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that with reference to the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), effective form December 1, 2015, the Company has :
1. Adopted and approved the following policies :
a. Policy for Disclosure of Event/ Information and Determination of the Materiality pursuant to Regulation 30 (4) (ii) of the Listing Regulations.
b. Preservation of Documents and Archival Policy (pertaining to documents and records required to be maintained under the Listing Regulations) pursuant to Regulation 9 and 30 (8) of the Listing Regulations.
2. Authorised the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, being the Managing Director, Wholetime Director and the Company Secretary of the Company, severally and jointly, for the purpose of determining the materiality of an event or information in accordance with the criteria as enumerated and make disclosures to the Stock Exchange. |
