| Exchange Disseminated Time | Refex Refrigerants Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 10, 2009, inter alia, has approved, an amendment to main object
clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, by adding objects relating to engaging in power (both conventional and non conventional sources of energy such as wind and solar energy) generation, construction of power plants, acting as contractors or sub contractors for construction of power plants and dealing in power related equipment, machineries, solar panels and systems.
The said amendment is subject to approval of members by way of a postal ballot exercise as required under the Companies Act, 1956 and the said exercise would be commenced shortly. |
