The copy of the Notice convening the 24th AGM is enclosed herewith.
Further, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, September 14, 2017 to Thursday, September 21, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM of the Company.
Further, we hereby inform you that the Company has fixed Wednesday, September 13, 2017 as the cut-off date for determining the members who are entitled to vote through remote e-voting or voting at the 24th AGM of the Company and the remote e-voting period will commence on Monday, September 18, 2017 (9.00 a.m. IST onwards) and end on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 (5.00 p.m. IST)
