| Exchange Disseminated Time | Castrol India Ltd has informed BSE that with effect from March 31, 2012, Mr. Naveen Kumar Kshatriya, Vice Chairman of the Company has retired from the services of BP / Castrol after being associated with them for over a decade.
Mr. Kshatriya pursuant to the Articles of Association of the Company had been nominated by the Parent Company, Castrol Ltd, UK as a Director (designated as Vice Chairman) of the Company. On his retirement he ceases to be a Nominee Director (and therefore Vice Chairman) of the Company.
In his place the Parent Company, Castrol Ltd, UK has nominated Mr. Peter Wiedner, Regional Vice President - Asia & Pacific - Automotive as a Director of the Company.
Both the above changes are effective from April 05, 2012. |
