| Exchange Disseminated Time 02/02/2018 18:00:45 | Sandesh Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 12, 2018, inter alia to:
1. Consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2017.
2. Consider declaration of Interim Dividend to the equity shareholders for the FY 2017-18.
Further, as per the "Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct and Code for Prevention of Insider Trading” adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from February 05, 2018 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the said Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2017. |
