| Exchange Disseminated Time | Morarjee Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2010, inter alia, has transacted the following:
- Board of Directors:
1. Mr. P. K. Gothi retired as the Managing Director of the Company and in his place Mr. R. K. Rewari has been appointed as the CEO & Executive Director of the Company.
2. Mr. P. K. Gothi has been appointed as an Additional Non Executive Director of the Company.
3. Mr. Takao Yajima resigned as a Director of the Company.
4. Consequent to the resignation of Mr. Takao Yajima, Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti ceases to be an Alternate Director to Mr. Yajima.
- Postal Ballot
The Committee of Directors (Postal allot-2010) have at its meeting held on January 28,
2010, resolved to conduct the Postal Ballot exercise for obtaining the shareholders approval for:
- Payment of remuneration to Mr. R. K. Rewari, CEO & Executive Director
- Holding of place of profit by Mr. P. K. Gothi, Non Executive Director. |
