- Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information in Compliance with Regulation 8 and 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The said code have been uploaded on the Company's website.
