| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shree Rama Multi-Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, considered and approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2015 however after reviewing the Audited Financial Result, some arithmetical errors in calculation in depreciation and deferred tax found, hence the Company wants to review and revise the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2015 to rectify the errors.
Accordingly, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 03, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following business:
Consideration and approval amongst other items of agenda, the revision in Audited Financial Results, for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2015, to correct arithmetical errors in calculation of depreciation and deferred tax
Further, as per Code of Internal Procedure and conduct on Insider Trading for Shree Rama Multi-Tech Limited and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the “Trading window” for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all directors, designated employees and officers of the Company from July 30, 2015 to August 05, 2015 (both days inclusive). The trading window will be opened from August 06, 2015. |
