| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nagreeka Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2008, has appointed Mr. Rajendra Mahavirprasad Ruia and Mr. Mahabir Prasad Periwal as Additional Directors of the Company. The above two appointee Directors are Independent Directors.
Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors at the same meeting appointed Mr. Sushil Patwari as Chairman of the Company, in place of Ishwarlal Patwari. Mr. Sushil Patwari is also the Managing Director of the Company. |
