In compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 8, 2017 has approved setting-up of a facility to produce specialty chemicals (P-33) for agro industry at SRF's Chemical Complex in Dahej, Gujarat at an estimated cost of Rs. 85 Crores.
Information as required under the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is as under:
