1. Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015: A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 13 October 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve Standalone un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2017.
2. Trading Window closure: The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 5 October 2017 to 16 October 2017 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
