| Exchange Received Time 09/01/2018 18:46:37 Exchange Disseminated Time 09/01/2018 18:46:43 Time Taken 00:00:06 | Pursuant to the applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that today i.e. January 9, 2018, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited ('the Company'), has issued and allotted 4,93,867 (Four Lakh Ninety Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Seven only) Equity shares of face value INR 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.
Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to INR 85,28,53,222 divided into 42,64,26,611 Equity Shares of face value INR 2/- each.
