| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/10/2016 16:55:46 | Yes Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on October 20, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following:
1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 (Q2).
2. Update on QIP and Fund Raising by way of QIP and debt issues, under the current shareholders approval which is valid till June 06, 2017.
Further, in continuation to the Bank's disclosure on Closure of Trading Window dated September 30, 2016, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Bank's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, this is to inform that the Trading window will remain closed for the Directors, Designated Employees and Auditors of the Bank including their immediate relatives till October 22, 2016 and hence, they are not permitted to deal in the shares of YES Bank till October 22, 2016. |
