Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders', framed pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 9 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, officers, designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives on and from May 21, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive) and would re-open on May 31, 2016. |
