1. Considered and approved notice of Postal Ballot for re-appointment of Mr. Suresh Kumar Poddar as Chairman and Managing Director from September 29, 2016 to March 31, 2017 and from April 01, 2017 to September 28, 2019 as an Executive Chairman of the Company and matters connected thereto;
2. Took note of the Statements pertaining to Grievance Redressal pursuant to Regulation 13 of the Listing Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016.
Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for trading in the shares of the Company will open from November 17, 2016 for the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and other Designated Employees of the Company. |
