| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat State Financial Corporation (GSFC) has informed BSE that the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Corporation will be held on October 07, 2005, inter alia, to transact the following:
1. To adopt the Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet of the Corporation for the year ended on March 31, 2005 along with Auditors Report thereon and the report of the Board of Directors.
2. To re-appoint M/s Apaji Amin & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad, as Auditors of the Corporation to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting as recommended by RBI. |
